5 Year Sustainability Plan

In this plan we have described the lifestyle we enjoy and the type of business we want.
We have calculated our carbon footprint and committed to becoming carbon-neutral by capturing as much carbon from the air each year as we release into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide (CO2).

We aim to run a self-sufficient business, with all inputs being produced on the farm, as far as is practical.
